In August I ordered a TRIAL supply of AdvancedColon, that was to last for 15 days. when I ordered the TRIAL supply, I specified I did NOT want any further orders. The cost of the TRIAL order was to be $2.49 for shipping. As of today I have been charged$383.90. This money has been taken from my Checking account electronically AND without my consent. I did receive an order, which I immediately returned the same day, (sending it with a receipt asking for a return signature).We have called numerous times and was told, (by a person who did not speak good English) that the money would be returned to our account. We have been trying to get the money back for over a month. As of today(9/22/2010) none of the money has been returned!
Is there anyone out there that could steer us in the right direction!!!
