i was scammed. i ordered the free trial of nu age colon cleanse and before i even received the product, a charge of $89.67 showed up in my bank account. when i called to complain i was told that i had agreed to subscribe at some point and time when i requested the free trial. i told the operator i wanted to cancel my "subscription" immediately and that i wanted my money back. they said that they could cancel my subscription and do me the favor of refunding $40.00 only. exasperated, i agreed . the next day, ANOTHER charge showed up in my account of $49.67. ok... i can see that that is the difference between 89.67 and 40.00... BUT... the problem is i have been charged 89.67 PLUS 49.67 which equals $139.64! i call them everyday wanting to know where my refund is... there is always one excuse after another... it has been almost a month... what can i do??!!
