I ordered it.Tried it. Didn't care for it so I cancelled in the alotted time..Got my RA# and sent it back with delivery confirmation feb. 23 .Then on April 28 (2 months later) there is almost 100.00 charge on my card.I called they said oh it was a computer error I see where you cancelled it it will be taken care of sorry for inconvenience..Two weeks later called back after no refund at which time thy ask for delivery confirmation # and see that post office tried to deliver it but couldn't left notice to pick up.Called back they said so sorry..When I called 1-866-930-3195 all of a sudden their records show that they did receive my package back but it was 2 months after I had ordered it..so they couldn't process a refund..I said fine then send me the product back I might as well have something to show for the 100.00, she has to check with corporate...
