overcharge
I ordered the 14 day free trial of Colon Cure and was charged $3.95 shipping charge on 5/13/08. I then noticed that exactly 14 days later on 5/27/08 I was charged $89.13. The problem? I hadn't even recieved my free trial bottle! My free trial bottle arrived on 5/30/08. I called the company and was able to get through fairly quick. The girl I talked to said that she could cancel my order, but the $89.13 was unrefundable. After about 15 minutes of disputing this with her she agreed that I would be refunded in 3 to 5 days. I hung up with her and called the company back to "get the status" of my account from another representative. The man I talked to had my cancellation order, but told me that I would have to send the product back in order to recieve my refund. I told him I had just received the trial bottle and I'm pretty sure (by the delay in receiving my first bottle) that the second bottle hadn't been shipped, so go ahead and refund my money. I told him that the girl I had spoken with earlier said I would be refunded within 3 to 5 days. His response to this, "She works in a call center in the Phillipenes, and is told to give that response." He then instructed me to call him back tomorrow, so he could determine whether or not the latest bottle had been shipped. What a joke! I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charge on my debit card, and I will now have to completely change my account number, so I will not have to worry about any more charges being deducted to my account! What a disaster of a company! I wish I would have done the research on them before hand.

Fraud
I received an email with an attachment to receive a free sample of Colon Cure for only shipping charges of $3.95. I requested the sample on 3/13 and submitted my Visa credit card info for the shipping charges. They were debited on 3/13. I received the sample on 3/29 and on 3/30 I realized that my Visa had been debited for $89.31 to NuBodi for charges that I never authorized. I called the customer service number and was told 23 people were on hold ahead of me. I left a message and told them to redeposit the amount back on my account immediately. They were to call me back. I never received the call.
I had to block all activity on my card (that I have had for years) and order a new card with a new number. Chalk this up the a lesson learned the hard way!!!
