I tried to access the NuraLane Customer Support web site three times without any success.   i GOOGLED the company, went to the appropriate website and attempted to e-mail through their webb site four times without success. I have two more avenues to explore before I pursue two possible legal avenues, of which both I am stronly inclined to use after reading the other complaints.
