This company is a fraud. I received this product with no return address or phone number in the package. I tried to get back on the web site and could not find it. When I checked by credit card statement I found a new charge of $74.94. When I called the number with the charge, I was told that I did not respond in time and they could cancel future orders but they refused to take the charge off. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said I could not. I continue to press. I told her I did not want to talk to her anymore, only her supervisor. I do not want this product and would mail it back if I had an address. She gave me the address and said I would be refunded partial payment IF they receive it. I still asked to speak to a supervisor. She said that she was in a meeting and then hung up. I am furious. I wish I would have sen the complaint board before I ordered.
