I signed up for a FREE Trial for Resveritrol. I found the product to be unsatisfactory and clled and cancelled within the time period allotted. Two days later they took$89.97 from my bank account. When I tried calling them the phone number did not work and the website had changed. I happend on several sites with the same complaint, and one said they had found a phone number that worked. Using that number, I spoke to a very rude man who acknowledged that I had cancelled BUT had not asked for my money back!! I reminded him of the terms of the FREE TRIAL that if one cancelled, their money would be refunded, No Questions asked. That call ended up in a yelling match with "Alex" saying he could only send me another bottle but not my money. To me this was unacceptable and bad buissness Practices[I am disabled and make $700.00 a month--Yes you read that correcttly]. I never receiveced the product or a refund How can I get my money refunded?
