The product was suppose to be free for 30 days. It comes with a 10 day trial period FROM THE TIME YOU ORDER the product. This means that if you receive the product 9 days later you have 1 day to try and see if you like the product. There is no a clinical or medical TRIAL period that can be determined in 3 or 4 days of taking a weight loss product. The compant is as a scam and I sent all the forms and data, including returning the product to Nutrigenic Life, to my credit card company. If they don't credit my account from this bogus company then I will change credit card companies. Thay should not deal with companies like Nutrigenic Life. I also sent them a copy of all the other customer complaints from the COMPLAINT BOARD so they could see how NUTRIGENIC LIFE operates. I also received something called Maximum Burn instead of Lean Body burn and they told me it was the same thing. How do I know that-take there word for it. So actually I received the wrong item and should have my credit card charges reversed.
