I ordered a product from an Oprah website (which Oprah is legit or so i thought) that I was only to pay shipping and handling. I gave my CC info online. While I waited for my product to be delivered to me I started doing some research that said this is a SCAM and DO NOT accept the package. So when it came I wrote "RETURN TO SENDER" on it and sent it back. I NEVER opened it, I just sent it back. Then about a week later I get a charge for $89.31. Which was NEVER authorized at any point to be taken out of my account. Along with that it caused me $105 in overdraft fees from my bank. I tried to contact the # given and the representative told me I only had 12 days to cancel and since I didn't cancel then they charged me. I told her I never even took the product and that they got it back and she told me since they didn't receive it in the allowed time period that the charge is valid. I asked her if she would want to pay for something that she doesn't have and she said NO but refuses to write me a letter saying the charge is not valid so I can submit to my bank to get my money back. I am furious and I want my money back.
