This company began calling me looking for payment on an auto loan that does not exist. I have never had an account with this company and did not know who they were until they began calling. I return the first call fearing someone had stolen my identity. The customer service representative searched and searched and after thirty minutes could not find any record of me in their system-as I told her. She had no idea why they were calling and told me not to worry about it. The phone calls continued and increased in frequency. They call while I am at work so I can't talk to them but they leave messages and the messages are getting nastier and nastier. I have spoken to them on numerous occasions and demanded they stop harassing me since they can't even tell me why they are calling but it is only escalating. There is NO LOAN. Has anyone had this problem? Can anyone tell me how to stop them? Plz advise!
