i ordered a free trial of advanced cleanse. I never recieved it. I seen 149.95 charge on my bank account today 3-12-10 and i called this number 8772440123 I spoke with Shan He said it was a membership fee for what i dont know. I never recieved the product. He did give me a tracking number for usps i have to call them but i never recieved the free trial I would like my monies back and cancel my order i have contacted my bank and they r investicating this issue. You need to have a better phone system because Shan kept fadding in and out like a cell phone would do I dont know if you r aware of this but this is a fradulant act and i will get my lawyer involved if need be cancel my whatever NOW! my name is Rose Savage and my address is 1709 Spence Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21230.
