NYCH authority has assured my mother a disabaled mother of 1 teenage boy residing at the 615 rosedale housing complex that repairs will be done immediately to the elevator. my mother lives on the 7th floor and relies on the elevator being able to bring her up and down so that she may attend appointments and groceries, etc. please let me know the proper authorites that i may bring this matter to their attention as it is of delicate nature and time sensitive. thank you m.martinez
