There is a horrendous smell coming out of the basement. We can't even open our windows. Everything from raw sewage, rotting garbage that is left to pile up for days fleas, ticks, roaches & rodents coming up into our apartment. Numerous complaints have been filed but nothing has been resolved...PLEASE HELP!!!
