MANY TENANTS HAVE COMPLAINT TO THE NYC COMPLAINT LINE 311AM ALL WE RECEIVE IS A COMPLAIN # AND REPORT THE COMPLAINT TO THE MANAGER. I WOULD LIKE TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT FORM TO ANOTHER PERSON OR AGENCY THAT WOULD HELP US TENANTS WITH DISABILITIES.
