So this wonderful adventure began with the search of a Rear Passenger Control Arm for my vehicle, after calling around to different automotive stores (Auto Zone, Advanced Auto Parts, O'Rilley Auto Parts) all asking for the same product all telling me the same answer. This would be a special order, out of the called stores O'Rilley was telling me they could get it the same day, Saturday October, 25th. This phone call took place at 2:56 P.M. He assured me it would be there no later than 4:30 P.M. When i arrived at 430, This same individual had no knowledge of our phone call and presented me with said part which was actually a Front Passenger Lower Control Arm, which does me absolutely no good. After about another 15 mins of him saying wow i can't believe i did that im sorry, and him ordering the now correct part saying it will be in at 7 A.M Monday morning 10-27-14. After getting off of work and returning to this store at 430 P.M. more than enough time for it to come in. This same individual presented me with the same Lower Front Passenger Control Arm. After then reminding him again about our discussion Saturday and politely expressing my frustration, he proceeded to look throughout the store. After about 5 mins of looking and no answers, being even more fed up, and him returning with no news of his order for the 2nd time now, I walked out and told him I'll be going to Auto Zone. This Store and employees clearly don't know what is going on or how to do their job. After giving a 2nd chance to them and still messing up and showing me the exact same part as before i can honestly say I will never go to O'Rilley's Auto Parts ever again. They will simply waste your time, and not get you the correct item no matter how many times you inquire. I will tell any of my friends or family thinking that this store is a good idea to go else where and enlighten them of my terrible experience that they didn't even try to assist or make better. I wish there was a zero rating for the star system.
