I went to this dental office for over 15 years so when my dentist sold her practice to Nathaniel Lim I thought I would give him a try. The billing/receptionist assured me my insurance would still be acceptable as previously under tne new ownership. So after a consultation, I agreed to have some fillings replaced. A few weeks later I received the bill for 800.50 - obviously there was no insurance coverage. When I called the office about the billing I was then informed that the new dentist did not accept any insurance plans and that he was "out of network". I left the practice and found dental care somewhere else. After numerous emails back and forth with Dr Lim regarding the unfair billing it was left that he would adjust my bill. That was in October 2009. I had no further corespondence from him. Today, Jan 24, 2011 I received a collection letter from the office for the full amount. I am outraged! I do not reccommend his office!!!
