Do not trust the hillbilly's of the Grand Rapids, Michigan's, Oakleaf Waste Management. They are the contracted company in the area for Home Depot Dumpster rentals. These hillbilly's must live in there own little world, but not Michigan in February! Words used during our conversation with them included "you're not our customer", "we don't have to do anything for you", and "we're just not going to do it". GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT! If this is the type of people you have to deal with when renting a dumpster through Home Depot, I would highly recommend using a local company such as www.CheapDumpsters.com. I called Bernie immediately after hearing about Oakleaf's inadequacy to deliver what they promised and Bernie is there to pick up their slack! Very competitive pricing as well, beat Home Depots. DO NOT TRUST OAKLEAF EVER!
