Their office staff lost a script which I had had faxed to them. Then the front desk help Debbie and Lynne refused to look for it (on the desk they were currently standing at) saying "That's not what we do". They refused to put me in contact with their supervisor Lisa Cruz and hung up one me.

When I finally got a hold of Lisa Cruz and Dr. Jurasek (the owner) they were more eager to defend the staff then address my complaint. The most response I got was 'we'll talk to them'.

I've been going there for ten years but no more.
