OAN Services, Inc. in Clearwater, FL intentionally charged, in my name, without my authorization, USA Voicemail monthly fees to my AT&T phone bill for $13.92 a month for 21 months. OAN owes me $292.00. They said it would take 1-2 billing cycles to remove & they would only credit 3 months. To get the remainder of the refund I would need to fax the rest of the information or mail it to them. I did that as well as sending an online report to their website.
I then received a reply that OAN was not responsible for this billing which came from USA Voice Mail (a different company according to them). They were supposedly referring this to USA Voice Mail. USA VM has a phone number which has been disconnected.

I also contacted and filed complaints with: Better Business Bureau of Clearwater, Rip Off Reports and plan to file complaints with all those concerned as well as those who have complaint websites. From many websites it seems that OAN aka USA Voice Mail has committed this fraud in the 1000s throughout the country. AT&T should no longer do business w/ this. The worst part, besides the loss of funds, I have no idea how they got my info to charge to AT&T.
