My mother is being charged unauthorized phone bills from oan. She has called them to ask for them to remove it. They do and then the next month its back on again. She has contacted AT&T they told her that they would put a block so no one could place unauthorized charges on her bill. Then the next month it was back on, please help this has to stop..
