This service just showed up on our bill one month for 12.95. My phone company, AT&T said that they couldn't do anything about it. I called the customer service number for Voicemailtoday.com (1.866.679.2240) and had the charge credited back. It was a pretty painless process with Voicemailtoday but my complaint is ... how can something like this happen without more verification? The customer service rep said that all you have to do is go online and sign up your phone number. That's it?? Crazy. The guy from Voicemailtoday said that the person that signed me up was named Lisa Franzen. Now we'll see if the charges get taken care of.
