I purchased oatmeal at Winn Dixie. Bugs were crawling all through it. This is the second time I've found bugs in a product at that store. The first time I found what looked like maggots in a box of pancake mix. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt the first time, but twice is just too much. The store manager told me that this was normal because we live in Florida. I've been shopping at grocery stores in Florida all my life. I've never seen bugs. This store seems to have a low standard for food safety and sanitation.
