Hired this company to perform some work with the HVAC system at my home. Came across a problem with asbestos in the ducts, so Ocean Air Care Inc sub-contracted work to a company called Key Environmental 1450 S. Burlington, STE A. Los Angeles CA 90006. Ocean Air Care Inc never paid Key Environmental for the worked they performed at my home and now the company is threatening to put a lean on my home if the amount of $1950.00 is not paid in full. I would like to be reimbursed for the money am paying Key Environmental.
