I will never forget the horrible experience I had at Ocean Palace. The day which was supposed to be the best was interrupted because of this stupid place. I had my wedding reception at this place. My wife was very happy with the place. We thought that this would be the best but we were wrong it wasn't. It wasn't even close to OK. The event began at 7 pm. By 10:45, nearly everyone had left, except me, the bride, and a couple family members. During the reception the manager kept coming in and harassing me about the timing. After it was done we told the manager to let us wait inside till the Sound guy would come and pick up his equipment. Bu he is a heartless man. He made us wait outside in the cold. This was the service I ever experienced. Trust me if you want to have a good harassment-free wedding then please do not come to Ocean Palace under any circumstances. We obviously do not recommend that anyone have their wedding reception here.
