The AAA guide as well as Santa Monica Offical Visitors map the front desk here gives you says that free continental breakfast is included. In fact they do not even have a restaurant or a facility to serve breakfast. When I asked the front desk, they say that the official visitors map is in error. I have checked the last three years AAA guide. They all say free breakfast in them. This is clearly a misleading claim and the hotel should compensate us for this. Further, the bath tub in the room had no drain stopper. So, could not take a bath. To rub salt into the wound a liquor box with four wine bottles was stolen. Cant say if it was from the room, or from the corridor where I may have left it. It may not be the hotel staff who stole it. The safety box in the room is not working.
