Ocwen has NUMEROUS complaints against them in this board...I'm wondering ..has anyone just walked away from their home..if so what happened? I too had my loan with Saxon... somehow Ocwen ..wound up with it...I have never missed a payment or been late...This home has been sitting empty for about 18 months.. because its in a small rural town where there is NO work..and No way to sell this property...I am basically feeding a dead animal...and I just want to sign off on a DEED In LIEU Of Foreclosure..and walk away...has anyone else done this w/Ocwen? Thanks
