I received a letter from the Offices of Mitchell N. Kay regarding a cell phone bill of $983.15 for a phone the I had contracted for in 2004 and cancelled three days later. I even have a cancellation confirmation number given to me by T. Mobile. This was totally out of the blue but has now hit my credit report. I have no idea how to get this taken care of and off my credit report. No one from Mitchell N. Kay's office will believe me or help me. Does anyone know what to do?
