I order service as instructed online by Comcast...thought it was Comcast. Come to learn that we could not get Comcast service at our location (online we were told we could) and in turn did not want the equipment ! Went to local Comast office ... they opened the package... Let me know it was not their equipment and new nothing about my order...Sent it back to Offwire and they took $15.00 in S&H. For something that should never have been sent. I asked to talk to a Manager ...I was told they would respond by email... I ask the Manager would? ...no, I was told...hmmm ...difficult conversation. I was just shut down. It is just wrong. Avoid if possible...they hide!
