Signed up for Charter Internet through Charterspecial.com. Deal was for free D-Link router with a $50 rebate through offerwire. I went to offer wire and clicked on $50 D-Link rebate and printed out and submitted the form. When I go the rebate it was for $10. That's when I noticed that the "$50" form was for a $10 rebate!

Just to verify I went back to the web site and clicked on the $50 D-Link rebate, This time it is for a $40 D-Link rebate.

This is not a coincidence, it is a scam. Charter and D-Link can not be blind to such blatant scamming which makes them complicit. At the end of my contract I am done with Charter forever. And honestly, D=Link makes a lousy router.
