I am really sorry that I took comcast highspeed internet service through offerwire with their free rebates offers for modem/router/ superpass. I got it on may and it is almost more tham 5 months and I recently got one rebate for $30 for the superpass and now they came back and told me that I am not qualified for the other rebates. which doesnt made any sense to me. For the same offer one you are eligible and two you are not. They are saying that I got a duplication activation before I took the activatiion with them. I had only one activation and I got the print out of that and that is with offerwire I paid almost $115 dollars with shipping and handling . I could have bought this from walmart for $40. Instead I went after this scam and now end up loosing lot of money. and now they are saying that they will talk with the coperate office and call me back. Who knows what they come up with and they wont give you the coperate office contact numbers. I dont have that kind of money to throw out. I am a law student. I will even go to the media to stop scam like this. And also to the better business bureu. Bad thing is it is running all this as a part of comcast - which is TimeWarner which is one of the top most names when it comes to high speed internet. Its a shame they are also a part of this. I hope I will get my money back somehow.
