I cannot use their software which they claim is the same as Microsoft office Word. I can not open up Word documents with it or create Word documents with their software like they claim it can do. They lied in their advertisement about what they say it can do. It is not a usable software, I asked for a refund from their company 3 times and they have not responded and have not sent a refund!
