Today 9/02/2009, I purchased a keyboard/monitor stand.When I drove several miles back home, I realized that at least half the parts were missing!!! I then drove back to Office Depot and exchanged it for another one that had not been opened.The cashier examined the contents to be certained that everthing was their.When I got back home parts were still missing!!!N one of the screws fit anything, and the two sets of instructions that came with it was for an office chair and a set of window blinds!!! I the n packed everthing back and rushed them back to Office Depot and barely made it back in time. The man at the door was the same guy that sold me this crap inthe first place then okayed the exchange the second time! He knew that this was my third trip their and since he would'nt let me back in for a refund or an exchange, that to return the next day would mean a fourth trip!!! With this kind of treatment, I may have to say good-bye to office depot!!!
