Has anyone received the same letter or similar to the European Lotteries? In the Letter it states...Dear ... Places are now available for overseas entrants in the "British Lottery Special Combination Series", with available prize money as detailed in this notice...

They are asking for a remit payment in the amount of NZ$30.00 to claim full entry share with 4, 816 winning chances...
Do any of you know if its Genuine or another Scam Like Dreamer? Thanks
