This site requires a 48 hour cancellation policy, even if you book the day of reservation...they back date your reservation to 48 hours prior. Some of the hotels they advertise do not take pets, and when I got to the hotel I booked, (Red Carpet Inn North Syracuse) with my dog, and the same day I booked the reservation, I was advised that pets of any size or kind were not allowed, and I was turned away. This site advertises improperly, and will not refund when found to be in error.
