I placed order on May.15th 2009.
After many excuses (very poor contact) I've got information from owner (June 17th 2009)

I am an owner. We currently do not have an answer for you. You can dispute the charge with your credit card company. We are very sorry for the situation.

I personally feel terrible but the situation is out of our control at the moment. If you dispute the charge you will get your money back. No further action will be needed.
