I received a phone call from a Mr. Gary Smith, concerning returned checks. I attempted to make arrangements to resolve the issue. M. Smith made threats to have me arrested. I contact an attorney who has handle similar complaints from other people. It is illegal to call some one and make threats. I want something to be done about this!
