We ordered an Oggz Color Morphing Accent Light Single from Acu Light Color Therapy In Burbank, Calif. (2922 W. Magnolia Blvd. Burbank 91505, 818-581-5975). The cost, $21.64, was paid by PayPal on Jan. 29. We have not received the item. We have contacted the company via email and phone calls. They do not return phone calls. Twice we were able to talk to someone (the owner Omarian, among them) and they promised to either call us back or send the item. Neither happened. We have asked for a refund. Nothing. We have filed a complait to PayPal, among others. This company is a total rip-off. We also are filing a complaint of fraud with the US Posal Service and the Calif. Dept. of Consumer Affairs, as well as Better Business Bureau.
