I booked a guesthouse in Hong Kong using www.ogotra.com and they took a 29USD deposit(non-refundable) from my credit card. when I inquired in the guesthouse about it, they said they are not affiliated with Ogotra anymore since they don't give them any deposits from the clients. They said they've been trying to complain about this online booking agent for some time now.
