I just had these guys give me a call over the phone asking me to renew my subscription. Immediately I asked for the website address after the woman was trying to tell me I had placed an add on their, though they had my address as one from about 3 years ago. The looks like crap, so I knew I never would have paid to have an ad on there. She said she wanted to update my new address on there. I told her no, just remove whatever they had put on there. She said ok, and then tried to tell me she was going to send me an invoice for something like $498 for the previous year. After a few choice words, she then said "ok, we'll just stop everything, " and hung up. I wonder how many people have received an invoice for a service they never got, or asked for, and actually paid it.
