I am thoroughly disgusted with the way OkPet! handles their business! I ordered Frontline Plus for my dogs over a month ago...I was guaranteed delivery by Jan.13th, (it was "supposedly" shipped to me on Dec. 28th), the 13th came and went, I called again, now its promised to DEFINITELY be here by Jan. 17th, called again, definitely by the 21, called again, by 28th...by now you are getting the picture!! Empty words, EMPTY PROMISES...and get this NO DISCOUNT OR NOTHING FOR NOT MAKING GOOD ON THEIR PROMISES!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Then they tell me they will reship or refund my money, THAT'S IT??!! No satisfaction no discount on either a future shipment..NOTHING???!!! YOU'RE KIDDING ME RIGHT??!!! And then, if matters aren't bad enough...NOW I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!! DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! AND IF YOU HAVEN'T BEFORE...DON'T START!!
