ok so i go into KMART in malone, New York and i see that the olan mills photo place is closed on wednesdays. So i get there schedule from the front desk. it says they take walk-ins but i wanted to have an appointment. I wanted pictures of my 3 months old son to send to my husband in afghanistan for christmas. so i call during the hours of operation and not only was the woman rude to me i made an appointment anyway for the following tuesday. On tuesday i pack up my 3 months old son and proceed to travel 8O miles to malone (about an 1 1/2 trip). We get there early and the woman tells me she is booked for the next 2 weeks. Are you serious i made a damn appointment and then she couldn't do it! What is wrong with this picture. My family has had there pictures done there twice a year for the last 20 years and they pull this kind of bullshit. Well i have a HUGE family and none of them will be returning to KMART, olan mills, in malone until they fire that bitch! She could of just said they were booked before i packed up my infant and traveled all that way for nothing.
