Stretch jeans came apart in the front
Over the course of a year or so, I have three or four pairs of Jeans from Old Navy. Of the ones I've bought, 2 of them, within a month of wearing, started to pull apart at the front seam (underneath the zipper). It was not from wear and tear--it just started to come apart, like the fabric wasn't strongly woven enough to stay together. And the longer I wore it, the worse it got, and soon I had a big hole along the front seam near the zipper. The first time it happened, I thought it might be just a one time thing, so I bought another pair of the same type, but that pair came apart as well. It was just that one style of jeans I bought (regular stretch boot cut), though, that did it. The other pair I bought lasted me for a good year before wearing out.

Too Friendly!!
I went in to my local Old Navy store...
They greeted me right as I entered the door with "Welcome to Old Navy!"
I smiled...continued...not two minutes later I was approached by an employee who asked if she could help me find anythnig. I said no, and turned away. She went on giving me her name and said to 'holler' at her if I needed any help.
I then found some clothes, and this guy came up and said he could take everythnig to the fitting room for me. I hate feeling like that! like I can't do things myself, and he even asked for my name...I thought it was way too personal, but i gave it to him anyway.
Then in the fitting room, the other guy asked me probably 3 times if I wanted to get an account with them. I kept saying no.
I was greeted again probably 3 more times on my way from the fitting room to the registers. It was annoying!!
These people are way too happy, energetic and friendly for me. I think I'll shop online instead.

Ridiculous return policy
I bought a sweater around Christmas and kept the receipt. I was busy and did not return it until after 90 days. Even though I had the receipt showing the original price paid, they refused to refund this amount. First, they said they would have to send me a gift card via the mail for this amount, then they said they would only offer me the current "sale" price, despite the fact that I presented the receipt! This is a ridiculous policy and I will no longer shop at Old Navy! They really need to get their act together before they lose more customers as I will no longer shop there.

You denied me getting a credit card through Old Navy because you said you were unable to verify my identity. What do I have to do to change that. Thank you.

Fraud and cheating!
I received a request of credit from Old Navy. I didn't ever apply for Credit from Old Navy. I think this needs to be investigated as someone is using my information to request credit. This seems to be credit fraud!
