I purchased a Olevia 32" TV about 3 years ago. Now it will not turn on when you push the on button. I took the TV to hhgregg, 3651 Commercial drive, Indpls. The salesman talked to me and he called the repair place you use, I believe was Topps, and I talked to a lady that told me they do not work on 32" TV's. She then hooked me to another number that was for international callers, Which did me no good. She was just getting rid of me on the phone. I told the salesman what she said and he stated thats all he could do. I don't understand why a store sales things that they will not repair. I would like any help I can get, thank you.
