I signed an agreement with Omaha Singles on 01/12/08. I charged my credit card for a one year membership of $1, 480.00. Tammie Neyman sold it to me and she advised me I had three days to cancel. She wrote "has until Monday close for refund" on bottom of membership. The next day I called her and said I would like to cancel and she said she would cancel it. The next month the charge was on my credit card. Omaha Singles would not return my calls. My credit card reversed it but then put it back on. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau but their mailings to Omaha Singles were all returned. I am now filing a small claims court suit against them. I cannot locate the registered agent in Nebraska. They are very unethical and I would advised against anyone becoming a member with them.
