This company set up wound services with me that my Dr. ordered. The nurse they sent out was lazy, never came on time if she showed up, did not call if seh was comming late, showed up hours late and always wanted to have me sign timesheet for hours without doing work.She had to bring my supplies for my wound changes. Before this agency quit my caes the nurse had missed a over 7 days of visits and the agency said they would set me up with a different nurse but instead they discharged my case. I have been a nurse aide for 24 years and I have never came across an agency like this. They lied to me about starting a new nurse and they just up and quit this is unacceptable business. A lot of nurses these days just care about the money not the patients.Many of the elderly just sign the time sheets because they are scared of loosing their services. Now I see how they feel. There is no way in the world I would ever recommend this agency to anyone.
