Omnicity.net bought our ISP. Our internet used to run great. Now it ***. I called and they blame it on our old ISP. But our old ISP MAINTAINED our network and kept us up. We had 24/7 support and service. This was with, basically a one man show. Now we have a corporation that owns our ISP. They suck! They don't keep us up and they don't get us back up quickly. They are just lazy and don't want to provide the customer service we have been accustomed to. We are changing providers. If Omnicity knew how to run an internet service, they might have kept us. We have been paying for up to 586K and on a good day we get dial up speed. That is pitiful! Just plain pitiful! We wrote to them and asked for faster speed to keep us as a customer. They told us they are providing us the fastest speed they have. I might as well have DIAL UP!!! Except dial up is more reliable and less expensive!!! Can you believe that! We are being suckered by this company and leaving faster than molasses in hates! Bye Bye Omnicity! Bye Bye...
