They, in my opinion, rip people off. Today, they told me I had several files missing and wanted to charge me for 45 min of work. I cut and pasted the chat screen while I was still connected and they immediately erased my paste, dumped the info and disconnected from the session. Smells kind of fraud like to ME...?
