Pro Alert did it again. They got me for $29.99. When I called they said i would receive a refund to my bank in 7-10 days. That was on 3-19-09 it is now 4-9-09. Nothing!!! I've got the refund code and the cancelation code they gave me. NOTHING!!! they also made all outstanding checks bounce. I'm coming for you. You have no idea who you just messed with... Marjorie
