In July '07 I received notice the credit card number I had given to secure On Star Service would expire in 08/07 and I needed to call them with a new expiration date. I DID NOT CALL, however, my bank account was charged in Sept. for the On Star Service. Question, is it legal for them to charge my bank account using an expired credit card or to change the expiration date in order to charge the account?
