I purchased a globe for my son's ceiling fan in his bedroom. The globe was junk! I called onthewebstores and a supervisor told me to have FedEx pick up the globe and refuse delivery.

I did exactly this, and was later refunded 14.00 of my 44.00 purchase! When I called the company, they were rude and unhelpful.

I was given the run-around and have still not received my refund. This is ridiculous! No one will return my calls. This is a joke of a company. I could have flushed the money down the toilet and made better use of it!
